  met the owner when we ended up with some bike problems. they jumped us right in to the mechanics and he even tried to fix it himself. alas no go.... hooked us up w the new needed part! was excellent to chat with! knew all the inside scoops and was a delight! absolutely so friendly!

  shop also has some amazing brands to buy and rent as far as all your cv mountain bike needs!!! highly recommend!!!

  I got pretty good service. The guys looked super-busy, got us in the line, dropped a week of built up work orders to help us. We got our bikes back, in time, and, on budget. A big screen TV, with Slope Style videos, would have been nice..... And a backyard patio.....

  Very friendly people however I do not recommend renting the electric assist mountain bikes. We paid $300.00 for 2 bikes for the whole day [10am-5pm]. The batteries were dead on both bikes by 1pm even though we were told they would last the whole day.I expressed my dissappountment but no discount was offered.

  We have been customers at Off The Edge for several years and always receive great service. Our kids are avid bikers too and love looking at the new bikes and equipment in store. Gary and Lydia's enthusiasm for biking (especially on our local trails) is contagious. Great experience overall. ✅

  Great bike shop with awesome people running it. They are always willing to help out and offer great service whether you're new to the sport or an experienced rider. Good rental fleet selection too.
