    Requested a ready line of credit over a year ago in order to start construction of our new home. Was ignored, paperwork we brought in never returned after several requests and the woman was transferred out without informing us. We started a new process recently and were 'rushed' into a mortgage without proper presentation: hidden fees, missing information, misleading presentation, etc. Now trying to resolve this mess. Our experience has been frustrating and very disconcerting. We feel the personnel are poorly trained and not leading us through the process properly. We were asked to waive our right to consider the agreement after all the signage was completed.
