    And the icing on the cake was when hey finally after two years, installed the replacement windshield and they had to have dropped one of the windshields because I had a dent in my hood and they left some type of glue down the side of my car.

    Great service! Brake line fixed on a Saturday and when a corroded, stripped bolt could not be removed, they went the extra mile and tried again for me with success! They were professional and caring. Thank you Mike and Doug.

    Purchased a brand new vehicle. Within in 10 minutes of driving away and heading to the gas station, I found many things wrong and called the dealership while filling up my brand new empty tank car. Salesmen even said on the date of return "what did they do, drop it off the f*n truck?!" And my reply was "you sold it to me this way!" 14 things wrong including a tampered odometer and an empty tank. The first place I went to was the gas station to fill up. I requested a replacement vehicle or I would take my trade in back. They couldn't find me a replacement vehicle, said there wasn't one. I spent an evening looking around on line and I found the exact replacement vehicle. They gave me the excuse they had set the search radius too small. I found the vehicle in Parksville. They brought the second vehicle over and we did the exchange approximately 2 weeks later. The second vehicle had a film on the windshield. I complained immediately. Brought the car in at least a half dozen times and the film was still there. On the last try to clean it, the owner Todd, said if this doesn't work we'll get you a new windshield. (Which I asked for many times). I called within a few days and took many pictures proving it wasn't clear but Todd wouldn't take my calls or return them. I spoke to my salesman Mark who said he would look after me. He also gave me an excuse for Todd saying he bought another dealership and was rarely around. I have now owned the car 2 years and I'm finally getting a replacement windshield. Also during this time, I had an extremely noisey engine which Mark heard and said he would help. There was also an electrical issue with the dash display brought to the attention of Winston. Winston sluffed it off saying he hadn't heard of anyone else complaining and didn't look into it when the vehicle was being serviced. I had taken a picture of the dash to prove what it did. While waiting to hear back from Mark with a service date, he passed away. No one took over and I was not contacted. Eventually after posting a complaint I was contacted by Patrick. Played message tag with him over a couple of weeks and then never heard from him again. Then I sent another message to Haley about my disappointment as it was 3 months since Patrick had last contacted me. All of a sudden I'm getting multiple calls but no messages from Haley GM. Last call I was left a message by Patrick to call. TOO LATE! My last 4 vehicles have been Chevy, never again.....

    Very warm and compassionate professionals they have working there. The sales representative Charlie went put his way to make feel that I mattered. After it's not everyday I have had opportunity to drive a brand new car. Thanks for making time matter.
